Contact and customer relationship management (CRM)
AI-powered automated responses and chatbots
Broadcast messaging and campaign management
Order management and WooCommerce integration
Multi-workspace and team collaboration features
Analytics and reporting tools

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent

4. Subscription and Payment

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. WhatsApp Compliance

As our Service integrates with WhatsApp Business API, you must comply with WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and Meta Platform Terms. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WasapFLOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of Terms, violation of laws, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
